Luminaria Night is back!

Luminaria Night, December 10, 2016
Student Volunteer schedule
Community Service approved

Bethlehem’s Luminaria Night was established in 1997 by three neighbors as a project to help those in need while uniting neighbors in the spirit of giving. Luminaria Night is run solely by volunteers.  All funds raised go to help the homeless, hungry, and poor in Bethlehem and surrounding areas with proceeds going to New Bethany Ministries.

Student volunteers are an essential part of the success of this program.  Volunteer opportunities include the assembly of luminaria kits, distribution and pick-up of kits, and clean-up after the event. All assembly and pick-up activities will be at the Memorial Pool Building on Illick’s Mill Road.  Students are also needed for set up at various senior citizen facilities on December 10 - must have own transportation
