BTAA Snack Stand Help Needed!

BTAA is looking for snack stand volunteers for their upcoming season.  Volunteers will be needed Mon-Thurs 5:45pm until 8:15 in August.  Tues-Thurs (5:45 until 8:15) and select Saturdays 9am until the last game (usually by 3pm) in September and October.   Please contact jlmcgrory@hotmail.com to sign up!

Can you help Northeast Ministry?

NORTHEAST MINISTRY, Bethlehem has several volunteer opportunities:  Pick up food donations from local businesses and deliver them to our food bank:  Food assistants to stock shelves, bag food items, move products between storage and distribution rooms, etc. ;  Delivery assistants to help unload delivery trucks, open boxes, and breakdown boxes, etc.  Call Paula Johnson, 610-691-3355, johnsonp@northeastministry.com.

Extra! Extra! Looking for a newsletter volunteer!

BETHLEHEM SPECIAL OLYMPICS is looking for someone to organize and help create our monthly newsletter that goes out to all athletes and volunteers.   Specific experience is not necessary as long as you are well-organized, dependable, have good written skills, and are a quick learner of programs.  Contact Dana Lindsey, 267-221-7740, bso.dana@gmail.com.

Celtic Fest Volunteer Information

It's that time of year again!  Volunteers are needed for the annual Celtic Fest presented by the Celtic Cultural Alliance.  There are a few key positions that need to be filled but ALL positions are open to the students (except those involving alcohol).

Volunteer Coordinator - Assist Volunteer Committee in checking in all volunteers for their shifts, distributing shirts, making schedule changes and answering general questions. Preferable job for those needing to be seated, enjoy working with the public and are detailed orientated.

Onsite Office Support - Assist CCA staff in the office trailer located on festival grounds with incoming phone calls - answering questions, giving directions, delivering messages.  Assist with volunteer check in.  Preferable job for those needing to be seated.

Stage Hand - Assist stage managers as needed, keep fire aisles clear during performances and general crowd control, help with any backstage needs, load and unload performer’s equipment from stage.

Souvenirs - Help out in souvenir merchandise tent by keeping merchandise stocked and/or assisting customers.
