HANOVER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SPRING FESTIVAL- Friday, May 29, 2015, 4:30-7:30 p.m. Volunteer times start @ 2:30 p.m. for set-up and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. for break-down. 4 shifts available- 1st 2:30-4:30; 2nd 4:30-6:00; 3rd 6:00-7:30; 4th 7:30-9:00 (if you can't do these specifics shifts, feel free to let us know what you are able to do). Please tell all of your friends!! The more the merrier! Any help you can give or get for us is greatly appreciated. All student volunteers working 3 or more hours, will be given a voucher for a free meal at the festival. Bring timesheet to the festival to assure credit for their hours. There will be a check-in/checkout stand that the students will need to report to before & after their shifts to have their hours counted.
GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY ATHLETICS is looking for volunteers for the spring season! This coed youth sports association is offering a flag football program in partnership with the NFL running April – June. Volunteers are needed to fill the following positions: - Referees (approximately 3 hours per game day), Set up and break down of fields, Snack stand help. Hanover Township Community Center, Bethlehem. Sunday afternoons each week from April – early June (games will not be played on Easter Sunday) All volunteers will be trained and mentored by the organization’s director. HISTORIC BETHLEHEM MUSEUMS & SITES, Bethlehem needs volunteers for "Steampunk" which is coming to the Kemerer Museum. Share this exciting world of industry, imagination, art, and design with our visitors! Volunteers are needed from April 18 to November 1, some evenings. CAMELOT FOR CHILDREN, INC., Allentown is looking for volunteers (age 14+) to help with Camp Camelot from July 6 to August 21. Each week is a different theme and includes a field trip on Wednesdays and guest speakers on Fridays. Camp focuses on improving social interaction skills. SAUCON VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER, Hellertown needs volunteers for the Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, June 8 from 8am until 3pm. Knowledge of golf would be helpful, but is not required. SACRED HEART HOSPITAL, Allentown -Our busy gift shop is in need of dependable, friendly volunteers. The choices of shifts are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9am-3pm.
