Event- Hanover Elementary School Spring Festival
Location- Hanover Elementary School
Date- Friday, May 29, 2015
Time- 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Volunteer times start @ 2:30 p.m. for set-up and end at approximately 9:00 p.m. for break-down.
4 shifts available- 1st 2:30-4:30; 2nd 4:30-6:00; 3rd 6:00-7:30; 4th 7:30-9:00 (if you can't do these specifics shifts, feel free to let us know what you are able to do). Please tell all of your friends!! The more the merrier! Any help you can give or get for us is greatly appreciated.
We will be having a spring festival & we're looking for lots of student volunteers to help work the various food, game, activities & raffle stands. All student volunteers working 3 or more hours, will be given a food voucher good for a free meal at the festival. Students will need to bring all of their paperwork to the festival so we can assure that they will get credited for their hours. There will be a check-in/checkout stand that the students will need to report to before & after their shifts to have their hours counted.
