LEHIGH VALLEY ZOO, Schnecksville 

is open 7 days a week from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (Nov-Mar) and 10 a.m. -4 p.m. (Apr-Oct). We offer long & short-term volunteer opportunities for those (minimum age 13) interested in wildlife conservation. Masks and other COVID-19 protocols will be followed. HISTORIC BETHLEHEM MUSEUMS & SITES 
needs volunteers each Saturday starting in April from 10 a.m. to 12 noon to help visitors discover history and fun at Burnside Plantation! Training available for greeter, docent, kids activities, pop-up shop, kitchen demonstrator, and more. Masks and other COVID-19 protocols will be followed. CAMELOT FOR CHILDREN, Allentown 
is looking for adults and teens (min age 14, or 6 with adult) 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays from June 21 to July 30th for our six-week day camp. You will help us create the magic of childhood for special needs kids and their siblings with crafts, activities, special guest entertainment, and enjoy the playground and splashpad located on the campus. FRIENDS OF JOHNSTON, Bethlehem needs help at Camel's Hump Farm Nature Education Center 9am- 1:00pm Saturday and Sunday mornings. We have projects for all ages and ranges of abilities! Dress for the weather- wear a mask, gloves, and boots. Bring a drink and snack. Minimum age 13 or 5 with adult supervision. NEEDS 
VOLUNTEERS!

In celebration of Liberty High School's 100th graduation class in 2022, the Bethlehem Area Public Library is creating a digital archive of LHS Yearbooks.  What a great way to earn some community service hours!
We are looking for high school students to help scan these books here at the Main Library (11 W. Church St.)

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has the ability to work independently
  • Works well with others and is eager to learn new skills
  • Understands computers generally and Microsoft Windows and Google Drive specifically

Experience working with a scanner and image editing software would be a plus!

Women's History Month Virtual Celebration presented by Northside Network
Students, you can earn two (2) community service hours per entry in this project sponsored by the Northside Network. To participate, you must complete all required fields on this form. Mrs. Bush will then invite you to her Canva classroom where you will design your own social media graphic about your notable woman. All graphics will be tweeted during Black History Month on all four Northside Network schools' social media accounts - Lincoln ES, Marvine ES, William Penn ES, and Northeast MS.

HISTORIC BETHLEHEM MUSEUMS & SITES is offering COVID Safe gardening opportunities at the Colonial Garden at Burnside Plantation on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem to individuals interested in planting and tending this wonderful historical colonial garden. Plants, seeds, and compost are provided at no cost and gardeners share fresh produce from the garden. No gardening experience needed but attending one gardening session per week required.
