Clearview Elementary Harvest Festival
Event: Clearview Harvest Night. Volunteers will help with games and crafts and supervise bounce houses as well as help set up and clean up.Date: Saturday, October 22 from 5-9pm. (The event itself is from 6-8pm. We need student volunteers to arrive at 5pm and stay until 9pm to help with set up and clean up.) Harvest Festival Volunteers Needed!
Many Volunteer Positions available for the Downtown Bethlehem Harvest Festival on October 8th. Various times available. Interested volunteers should contact Meghan Reed at MeghanR@LehighValleyChamber. org
Set-up Volunteers
10-15 volunteers who will work from 7am – 11am. These volunteers will help with set up,
including: tables, passport registration, posting vendor location signs, merchandise, trash and
recycling bins, signage, tents, bars, chairs, and children’s area.
Vendor Assistance Volunteers
4 volunteers from 8:30am-10:30am. These volunteers will help direct vendors to their location,
provide information about parking, assist with unloading vendors’ vehicles, etc., to make the set
up process as smooth and flawless as possible! (There will be a lot of people coming in at the
same time)
1 volunteer from 11am- 2pm. This volunteer will assist vendors throughout the day with
questions and man a booth if the vendor needs to leave the booth to use the facilities.
1 volunteer from 2pm- 5pm. This volunteer will assist vendors throughout the day with
questions and man a booth if the vendor needs to leave the booth to use the facilities.
4 volunteers from 5pm-6pm. These volunteers will help vendors breakdown their locations,
assist with loading vendors’ vehicles, etc., to make the breakdown process as quick as possible
so that the street can open safely at 6pm.
Main Street Breakdown Volunteers
10-15 volunteers to work from 4pm – 6pm. These individuals will help break down tables,
tents, chairs, signage, bars, the children’s area as well as handle recycling/garbage, etc. These
individuals will work quickly and efficiently to ensure that Main Street is clean and ready to open
up to traffic!
“Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” Volunteers
5 volunteers to work between 11am-6pm. These individuals will be responsible for monitoring
trash cans, recycling bins, and any litter on festival grounds. These individuals will be provided
latex gloves, so they can handle trash properly. These volunteers should be “able-bodied” and
willing to carry heavy trash bags, move trash cans to dumpsters, etc.

GRACEDALE NURSING HOME, Nazareth is currently seeking volunteers to serve as cashiers at its coffee bar opening in early October. No cashier experience required; training and orientation provided.
