Bethany UCC Needs Volunteers for Craft Fair

6 needed volunteers for Friday Nov. 13th from 5:30pm to 8pm
6 volunteers from 1:00 to 3:30 pm on Sat. Nov. 14th, which is the day of our Vendor Craft fair from 9:00 am to 2pm.

On Friday, volunteers will be helping with final set up for the craft fair, which could involve anything from moving tables, to helping the vendors unload and carry their merchandise into the church, setting up a baked goods table, a raffle table, carrying a cash register, putting drinks in a refrigerator, measuring coffee, putting on tablecloths, and anything else to help get ready for the vendor fair.

On Saturday the 14th, the volunteers will be helping to carry the raffle items to be given away, and then returning the tables and chairs to their regular positions for Sunday school the next day, wiping tables, sweeping the floor, helping the vendors to their car with their merchandise.
